Refund Policy

Anne Marie Oliver’s and Anne Marie Oliver Fine Arts Studio’s Return Policy:  All requests must be made in writing and submitted to: with the subject line of “Return Merchandise” and made within 7 days of receipt of such product.  “Receipt” is considered to be the date in which the carrier marks “delivered”.  Please note the reasons as to why you are requesting such return of the product(s). All returns must be in its original packaging, unused, in new/original condition, and is subject to confirmation on the art being undamaged. Please note: the initial delivery shipping charges/fees and return shipping fees will solely be the responsibility of the BUYER and are NOT refunded.

In the event of any damage occurring while in and due to transit, all requests must include and attach photos of the box and painting as it was delivered for any consideration of the refund. Please see instructions above for the notification policy. After confirmation of such, please return the product to the return address previously provided for a refund to be considered.
